LANZHOU, Northwest China, July 15 -- Turkish rider Ahmet Orken of Torku Sekerspor (TRK) came first on Tuesday in the 9th stage of the 13th Tour of Qinghai Lake cycling race.

Robert Forster from Unitedhealthcare Professional Cycling Team (UHC) and Mykhaylo Kononenko from Kolss Cycling Team (KLS) were second and third respectively.

The green jersey for the best sprinter went to Mykhaylo Kononenko of KLS, toppling Ilya Davidenok from Continental Team Astana (AS2) who has been holding the jersey for four consecutive stages.

Ilya Davidenok still owned the yellow and blue jerseys that represent the overall leader and best Asian rider.

The 9th stage of Tianshui circuit race covers a total distance of 118 kilometers and includes three sprints.
