In Shenzhen, three batches of Aji lemon-flavor cookies and orange-flavor sandwich cookies produced in Taiwan were found to have the problem of the lemon yellow content exceeding the standard, and these products have all been returned by the local quality inspection and quarantine department. According to sources, the three batches of cookies were produced by the Fu Yu Shun Enterprise Company and the total weight of them was 582 kilograms.

According to sources, the lemon yellow could severely damage the human body. If a child eats it, the child's intelligence quotient will decline, and if an adult eats it, the adult will have such symptoms as the migraine, impaired vision and asthma.

In addition, some leisure food products produced in Taiwan, such as the Ming Qi honey sachima, SSY bamboo-charcoal peanut and spicy bean, were also found to have such problems as the bacterial colony amount exceeding the standard, the melanin content exceeding the standard, and the bacillus coli amount exceeding the standard. These products have been returned or destroyed by the quality inspection and quarantine department.
