Red Detachment of Women in new era(2)

Located in Chongwu peninsula, Huian county in Fujian province, the militia post of coast defense in Dazuo was built in 1956 as the forefront of Fujian's coast defense. There are 10 people here. Apart from one male instructor, all of the rest are native Huian women with average age of 22 years old. Known as “Detachment of women in new era”, the female militias are as great as men. They always adhere to the military life, discipline and doctrine.
