Stray dogs caught in the city are being transferred to the city collective center of stray dogs in Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, Jan. 2, 2013. The collective center, which was completed at the end of 2013, started taking in stray dogs in Lhasa as the New Year arrived. More than 600 stray dogs have been housed by the noontime of Thursday.
