Chinese lawmakers are mulling making December 13 as a national memorial day to commemorate more than 300,000 civilians and unarmed soldiers killed by Japanese invading troops in the Nanjing Massacre lasting for six weeks after the Japanese aggressors occupied Nanjing on Dec. 13, 1937.
