A Palestinian blew himself up while trying to board a bus at the entrance of a Jewish settlement in the West Bank on Tuesday, causing no other casualties, security sources said.

A Palestinian blew himself up while trying to board a bus at the entrance of a Jewish settlement in the West Bank on Tuesday, causing no other casualties, security sources said.

The suicide bomber tried to board an armoured Israeli bus outside Mehola settlement in the northern Jordan Valley, but was pushed off the vehicle by the driver and passengers.

He then detonated his explosives, the sources said.
