font size

The Chinese government has decided to further open its oil and gas exploitation and joint development to foreign capital, noted Zhang Guobao, deputy director of State Development and Reform Committee on June 13.

Zhang said facing new challenges and opportunities, China's energy industry need more open, more international market environment, more capital and more advanced technologies.
