Land evaluation has become an important intermediary business that is indispensable to the country's economic and social development.

It plays an important role in coordinating land-use system reform, promoting the intensive and rational use of land resources, accelerating land market construction and supporting reforms of state-owned enterprises etc. thus making due contributions to the country's economic and social development. In accordance with the requirements of the Central Party Committee and the State Council to transform the government functions and reform the administrative approval system, the Ministry of Land and Resources has, in recent years, actively pushed ahead the reform, thereby offering a favorable policy environment to the development of land evaluation business.
