MOC launches anti-dumping investigation

Imported Ethylene£­Propylene£­non£­conjugated Diene Rubber (EPDM)£©from US, South Korea and Holand are put under anti-dumping investigation in China, Ministry of Commerce announced on August 10.

The codes of the products involved in the case are 40027010 and 40027090 in China's customs imports and exports tax list.

The Ministry of Commerce begins the probing into the dumping, and injuries caused by such dumping on August 10. The whole process will last a year by August 10, 2005. Extension is possible in special circumstances.
