Shengli Oil Field adds 100 million ton verified deposits annually

In recent years Shengli Oil Field under the Sinopec has discovered a slew of ten million-ton units with an annual verified deposit addition of 100 million tons.

Recently as confirmed by the regular annual prospecting meeting of the Sinopec Group, Shengli Oil Field has finished controlling oil deposits of 11.574 million tons, predicting oil deposits of 12.988 million tons and verifying preliminarily oil deposits of 11.920 tons. It not only over-fulfilled the task of the year but also pinpointed three 50 million-ton, six 30 million-ton and a series of 10 million-ton units, thereby fulfilling the goal of adding a 100 million-ton verified deposits annually in the next three years.
