Athens champion album: US Hamilton, men's road individual time trial

American Tyler Hamilton won the gold medal of cycling men's individual time trial with a time of 57 minutes 31.74 seconds at the Athens Olympic Games on August 18.

Viatcheslav Ekimov of Russia took the silver medal at 57:50.58, followed in the third place by another American Bobby Julich at 57:58.19.
