Bulgarian lifter wins men's 94kg gold medal

Milen Dobrev of Bulgaria won the men's 94kg category weightlifting gold medal at the 28th Olympic Games on August 23 evening.

Dobrev, who had a personal best of 405kg, snatched 187.5kg and jerekd 220kg for a winning total of 407.5kg.

Khadjimourad Akkaev and Eduard Tjukin, both from Russia, finished second and third in the class, at 405 and 397.5 respectively.
