Three-time world champion Elbrus Tedeyev of Ukraine overwhelmed US wrestler Jamill Kelly 5-1 in the men's freestyle wrestling 66kg category final to win gold at the Athens Olympics on Saturday.
Tedeyev, 30, dominated all through the final and almost secured his victory in the first session by leading 5-0 at the Ano Liossia Olympic Hall.
Kelly managed to score a point in the second session but it was too late to change the result.
Russia's Makhach Murtazaliev took bronze after defeating Leonid Spiridonov of Kazakhstan by decision in the third-place match.
