Russia opens talks with school hostage takers

Armed men holding hostages in a southern Russian school have entered into negotiations with local authorities, Itar-Tass news agency reported.

They released a video cassette showing what has been going on inside the school building in Russia's North Ossetia republic, bordering Chechnya.

Nine parents of the school children were injured by the terrorists.
