Tombs of Han Dynasty discovered in NW China

An archeologist checks two skulls excavated at the site of tombs of the Han Dynasty (206 BC - 220) in Xining, capital of northwest China's Qinghai Province, Sept. 28, 2004. The preliminary research shows that the tombs were built between the end of the Western Han Dynasty (206 BC- 24) and the start of the Eastern Han Dynasty (25 - 220).
