Top leaders Hu Jintao, Wu Bangguo, Wen Jiabao, Jia Qinglin, Zeng Qinghong, Huang Ju, Wu Guanzheng, Li Changchun and Luo Gan, and over 4,000 people attend a reception marking the 55th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China in Beijing Sept. 30. Visiting Cambodian King Norodom Sihanouk and Queen Norodom Monineath Sihanouk are also present at the invitation.
