    Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mohamed El-Baradei (L) meets with South Korean Foreign Minister Ban Ki-Moon in Seoul Oct. 3, 2004. El-Baradei arrived in Seoul on Sunday to attend the 54th Pugwash Conference on Science and World Affairs. El-Baradei's South Korea trip came as Seoul awaits a verdict from the IAEA on its controversial experiments involving nuclear materials.
