Liu Yunshan, head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee,left Beijing Tuesday for visit to Azerbaijan, Croatia and Romania, atthe invitation of the New Azerbaijan Party, the Croatian Democratic Union and the Social Democrat Party of Romania.
