Chinese President accepts credentials from seven new ambassadors

Chinese President Hu Jintao accepted here Friday credentials presented by seven new ambassadors from Laos, Ireland, Denmark, Brazil, Yemen, Latvia andJamaica.

Laotian Ambassador Vichit Xindavong arrived here on Sept. 24.

Irish Ambassador Declan Kelleher arrived here on Sept. 25.

Danish Ambassador Laurids Mikaelsen arrived here on Sept. 30.

Brazilian Ambassador Luiz Augusto de Castro Neves arrived here on Oct. 4.

Yemeni Ambassador Marwan Abdulla Abdul Wahab Noman arrived here on Oct. 11.

Latvian Ambassador Janis Lovniks arrived here on Oct. 12.

Jamaican non-resident Ambassador Paul Robotham was appointed onOct. 23, 2003.
