Real estate information goes online in Shenzhen
font size

Shenzhen is producing a real estate project information system.

Prospective home buyers can type in any property on sale on the Web site of Shenzhen real estate information, www.szhome.com, to find basic information on the property, such as presale permits and density rate, among other things.

The system has already been established in Shanghai and Beijing. Except for the names of property owners, detailed information about the apartments, including their location, can all be found on the Internet.

The online system will also facilitate second-hand property sales. In the future, once the property certificate number and the identification number of the trader are keyed in, agencies can download application and contract forms for second-hand real estate transactions. When the forms are passed on to real estate management departments, the property certificate can be expected within a day.
