Road accident kills 54 in Qinghai

This picture taken on Jan 4 shows debris of a truck at the site of road accident in Yushu Tibet Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai province. On Jan 3 a truck loaded with 104 passengers who were returning from pilgrimage to Lhasa turned over near the Kuola Mountain, about 10 km from Longbao township, Yushu Tibet Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai province. Fifty people died on the spot and four died on the way to hospital. Twenty-nine passengers were severely injured.
