font size

Cuba firmly backs China's Anti-Secession Law and will continue to support China's reunification, said visiting Cuban Minister of Government Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz Friday in Beijing.

Cabrisas made the remarks when Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met with the minister.

Wang briefed his guest on the Anti-Secession Law approved by China's National People's Congress on March 14, after praising the smooth development of the relationship between the two countries and two ruling parties.

Cabrisas said Cuba will continue its efforts to resolutely support the accomplishment of the Chinese people's reunification cause at an early date.

The minister spoke highly of remarkable achievements that China has made in its reform and opening to the outside world and socialist construction as well and expressed satisfaction with the growth of bilateral friendly cooperation.
