Kyrgyzstan's Defense Ministry spokesman Murat Ashirbekov has announced that Kyrgyzstan will take part in a military drill of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The military drill will take place in Tajikistan from April 2 to 6.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said the drill will go ahead as scheduled even if Kyrgyzstan can not participate.

Meanwhile, the Chinese Foreign Ministry and embassy in Kyrgyzstan have adopted emergency measures after ten Chinese nationals were wounded in the country's turmoil.
