Palestinian Foreign Minister, Nasser Al-Qedwa ordered all Palestinian diplomats all over the world to meet with him on May 4 in the West Bank city of Ramallah, Palestinian sources said Wednesday.
The sources said that chiefs of Palestinian diplomatic delegations and ambassadors received the invitations stating that they have to be prepared for the meeting.
The agenda of the meeting will focus on three points: discussing the diplomatic apparatus affairs, studying the new diplomatic law that will be prepared soon, discussing the reshuffle and assignments of ambassadors and diplomats that would be decided later, said the sources, citing the invitation's text.
It was also learnt that the diplomats and ambassadors would only stay in their positions for four years according to the new rule.
Those who served for four years were informed by this in order to study specific choices about their transferring, said the sources.
