China is the 4th largest importer of US agro-products

News from the Chinese Ministry of Commerce said the US Department of Agriculture reported 5.5 billion USD of US export of agro-products to China in 2004. That was 9 percent of the total export of US farm produces and has made China the 4th largest buyer of the US agro-products.

Experts of the US Department of Agriculture are optimistic about the prospect of the export due to China's robust economic growth and further opening-up process.
