US restriction on textile import affects China's 2-billion- US-dollar export

The US restrictive measures upon China's textile products affected a total of 2 billion US dollars of China's export and job opportunities of 160,000 people, said Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai Monday.

Bo said this at a press conference sponsored by the State Council Information Office.

The European Union's restrictive measures affected China's textile export worth over 300 million US dollars, he said.
