The Overseas Students Pioneer Park in the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone has maintained a good momentum of development. More than 40 students who studied in countries including the US, the UK and Germany etc. have settled down in the park so far. The park has become home to 38 high-tech enterprises and 76 high-tech projects.

Inside the pioneer park there are 17 doctors and 19 masters who specialize in researches in electronic information, biological pharmacy, computer software, optical, mechanical and electronic integration and new materials.

To attract returned overseas students, in addition to release of favorable policies, the high-tech zone completely renovated the park in 2004 to better meet demands of the overseas students. To provide the talents with better services, the park will put up platforms of resources, information and financing in the future.
