Users of Internet broadband access reach 30.183 mln in China
Statistics provided by the Ministry of Information Industry show that by the end of May nationwide telephone subscribers have reached 692 million.
From January to May telephone subscribers increased by 44.778 million, of which fixed line users grew by 21.054 million to reach 333.497 million and mobile phone users grew by 23.724 million to reach 358.548 million. Users of Internet broadband access increased by 5.336 million, reaching 30.183 million.
