"A suicide bomber drove an explosive-laden vehicle and blew it up at about 8:15 a.m. (0415 GMT) in front of Kirkuk Hospital in the central city, killing three people and wounding 10 others, including three in serious condition," Col. Burhan from Kirkuk police told Xinhua. He said four of the wounded people were the hospital personnel, adding that several nearby cars and buildings were damaged by the blast.
