The US military has set free two more Afghans from its Navy detention center in Guantanamo Bay on Wednesday.
Looked tired but happy, both the men who had spent nearly four years of their precious lives in the detention center expressed their anger over their warders' behavior.
"They violated our rights, insulted us and they treated us like animals," Habib Rasoul, 44, said.
He said that Taliban recruited him forcibly and sent him to the front. Later on he was detained in Afghanistan and shifted to Guantanamo Bay, while he had committed no crime and had no relations with Taliban.
Disclosing detainees ordeal, Rasoul added that 180 prisoners have been staging hunger strike over the past 14 days in an attempt to force authorities to improve jail condition there.
Another released person Mohibullah also said that he was also punished for committing no crime at all. However, he refused to make more remarks about his ordeal during captivity.
Thousands of Taliban were killed, injured and captured during US invasion of Afghanistan in late 2001 while hundreds of them were taken to Guantanamo Bay.
Over 200 Afghans have been released from the notorious prison so far.
According to Habib Rasoul, another 105 Afghans are among hundreds of detainees languishing in Guantanamo prison.
