A group linked to the al-Qaida terror network claimed responsibility Friday in an Internet statement for the latest blasts that hit the London underground on Thursday.

The group, calling itself Abu Hafs al Masri Brigade, said it planned and carried out the new bomb attacks targeting three underground trains and a bus in London on Thursday.

The new wave of attacks resulted in no death.
