Russian girl claims the title of Chinese Contest of the World University Students

Anna Kuzina from Russia won the champion of the Fourth "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Contest of the World University Students sponsored by China National Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, and was awarded the title of "Chinese Envoy".

Featuring the theme of "China, a land of spectacular beauty" this time, the contest examines the contestants' command of Chinese language skills, understanding of China's national conditions as well as appreciation of Chinese culture. 95 contestants from 45 different countries probed into various fields of Chinese culture from different visual angle.

Chinese cities, cuisines, and music have all become subjects of their presentations. Launched in 2002, the "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Contest of the World University Students is held on an annual basis from then on.
