Russian, ROK six-party-talks delegations hold bilateral meeting

The delegations of Russia and the Republic of Korea (ROK) met each other after the opening ceremony of the fourth round of six-party talks Tuesday morning, according to an official with the Russian embassy.

The official did not give any details of the one-to-one meeting.

He disclosed the Russian delegation would probably meet with Japanese delegation Tuesday afternoon.

The fourth round of the six-party talks on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue involves the six nations of China, the Democratic of People's Republic of Korea, the United States, the ROK, Russia and Japan.
