Figo soon to become Inter Milan midfielder

Luis Figo, Portuguese midfielder of Real Madrid, will become in the coming hours a new player of Inter Milan.

In these moments the final details for the transfer are being worked and Thursday Figo could be introduced with the collors of the Italian giant.

Luis Figo, who Tuesday held meetings with the Milan club, Wednesday arrived in Austria with the Real Madrid expedition and Thursday morning he will go to Italy to sign the contract that will make him an Inter player for the next two seasons.

Figo arrived in Real five seasons ago and earns six million euros, which Inter Milan cannot pay, but negotiations are underway in this seasons at this time.

The Portuguese international, since the arrival of new Real Madrid coach last season was left in bench, in moments when he returned to the Portugal national team during the qualifying tournament for the Germany 2006 World Cup.

Figo needs to be on the pitch if he wants to take part in the world competition wearing his country's uniform.
