The governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the UN nuclear watchdog, started an emergency meeting on Aug 9 in Vienna after Iran resumed work at a uranium conversion plant. The board will discuss an adjusted draft resolution by the European Union (EU), which warns Tehran not to resume its uranium processing and enrichment program.
