President of the Republic of Estonia Arnold Ruutel will pay a state visit to China from August 24 to 28 At the invitation of Chinese President Hu Jintao, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan announced Tuesday.
Kong also said that Ruutel will attend the 10th Anniversary Commemoration of the Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing on August 29.
