Senior CPC official meets Madagascan guest

China hopes to promote exchange and cooperation with Madagascar in all fields, a senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC) said Wednesday.

Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the remarks during a meeting with a delegation of the Tiako I Mada-gasikara (TIM), headed by National Chairman Solofonnantenaina Razoarimihaja who is also Vice-President of the National Assembly of Madagascar.

Wang spoke highly of the relations between the two countries and the two parties and hopes that Razoarimihaja's visit could further the two sides exchange and cooperation in all aspects.

Razoarimihaja said the goal of the TIM delegation's visit is to learn from China the experiences in developing its economy and from the CPC in managing state affairs.
