I.Prostiakov, first assistant of the RF Presidential Plenipotentiary in the Siberian Federal District, said before his visit to China to attend the 14th Urumqi Fair (China Xinjiang Urumqi Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Fair) that in the next three years annual trade between Russian Siberian Federal District and China would reach $10 billion to $12 billion.

Finance, high technology, oil exploitation, petrochemicals, forestry, energy and mechanical manufacturing are the main areas of cooperation for the Russian Siberian Federal District and China's provinces, he said.
