International futures forum slated this month in Shanghai
font size

China (Shanghai) Futures Investment International Forum will be held in Shanghai on Sept. 10. The two-day forum is sponsored by six units including the local government and Shanghai Futures Association. Macro-economy, economic hot issues, financial innovation and commodity futures are the four themes to be discussed at the forum.

A market restructuring will take place when the domestic futures market enters into the stage of consolidation and adjustment, said Huang Yuncheng, deputy director of the Shanghai sub-commission of China Securities Regulatory Commission. His section, he said, will keep innovating and improving the way of performing their responsibility of supervision to facilitate the stable and healthy development of Shanghai's futures market.
