DPRK insists on right to civilian nuclear program: spokesman

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) insisted on its right to civilian nuclear program even if the United States refuses to provide a light-water reactor, said DPRK delegation spokesman Hyon Hak-bong in Beijing Friday.
