Chinasoft International raises $35 million

Representatives from Microsoft, International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Chinasoft International (ICSS) on September 26 signed a cooperation document, which secured $20 million and $15 million investments respectively for ICSS.

The investment, which amount to $35 million, will help improve ICSS' core business capability such as software development.
