Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao will attend the Fourth Meeting of Prime Ministers of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to be held in Moscow from October 26 to 27.

Wen pays his visit to Russia at the invitation of Mikhail Fradkov, prime minister of the Russian Federation government, Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan said Thursday at a regular press conference.
