Chinese premier arrives in MoscowChinese Premier Wen Jiabao arrived in Moscow on Wednesday to attend the Fourth Meeting of Prime Ministers of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), at the invitation of his Russian counterpart Mikhail Fradkov. During the meeting, which will begin in Moscow Wednesday afternoon, the leaders of the SCO member states will focus their discussion on ways of deepening cooperation among members, mainly in the fields of politics, economy and culture, said Liu Jianchao, spokesman of the Chinese delegation. Liu said during the meeting, Premier Wen will put forward China's new proposals on how to further cooperation among the SCO member states in the above mentioned fields. Meanwhile, Wen will also hold separate meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin and leaders of other participating countries to discuss bilateral cooperation and exchange views on regional as well as international issues of common concern, said Liu.
