Google to restart copyright book scanning program

Google will restart its Print Library Project it voluntarily suspended a few days ago. According to the plan, the online search giant will build up a digital library by scanning books with copyrights, despite strong opposition from some publishers and authors who said Google is pushing forward the program without permission from theirs.
