To further help the Pakistani government with quake relief, the Chinese government has decided to send Pakistan another batch of relief materials worth 60 million yuan, which had been delivered on Nov. 9 at the secretariat of Pakistan's cabinet.
Since the Oct. 8 earthquake struck the South Asian country, China has provided a fund of one million US dollars as well as relief materials worth 5.2 million US dollars and 110 million yuan respectively, which have been delivered through 25 flights.
Donations also came from social organizations and enterprises. It is learned that a batch of 13,000 tents from China Charity Federation will reach Soest port at northern Pakistani border on Nov. 11.
