Vodafone extends partnership to Huawei Group

News from Huawei Group on Nov. 22 said that Huawei has officially signed a global purchase framework agreement with Vodafone, the largest telecommunication operator in the UK, taking part in Vodafone¡¯s global mobile network construction.

It is said that Huawei Group has become the first Chinese telecommunication supplier to join the global supply chain for Vodafone. Insiders commented that it is more important for Huawei to become Vodafone¡¯s global supplier than accessing the British Telecommunication market. Huawei's move also shows it has accomplished greater achievement in globalization process.
