"Desperate Housewives" soon to be aired on CCTV

"Desperate Housewives", an American comedy series which had won as many as 15 Emmy Awards nominations and finally grabbed the outstanding lead actress and outstanding directing, will be aired on December 19 at CCTV channel 8.

A suburban satire starting from the sudden suicide of Mary Alice, the most respected housewife in the community, the TV show tells a story of secret, desperate black currents running underneath a perfect-looking middle-class life.
