Chinese, Romanian FMs hold talks

Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing held talks with his Romanian counterpart Mihai Razvan Ungureanu in Beijing Sunday, speaking highly of the rapid growth of China-Romania ties in recent years.

The two sides agreed to further bilateral cooperation and exchanges in various fields, which serves to the fundamental interests of the two countries, expressing the willingness to make joint efforts to push forward China-Romania all-round friendly and cooperative partnership.

Ungureanu reiterated that his country will continue to adhere to the one-China policy.

The two foreign ministers also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common concern.

Ungureanu arrived in China on Saturday at the invitation of Li Zhaoxing.
