| East Star Air to buy 10 A320 aircraft |

East Star Air, the first private airlines in central China, signed a letter of intent with Airbus Nov. 27 to buy 10 Airbus A320 family aircraft. It also signed a contract with another company to lease 10 other Airbus A320 aircraft. East Star Air, based in Wuhan, is scheduled to begin operation in May 2006.
