Three leading Chinese companies in the country's software outsourcing industry, HiSoft Technology International Ltd., Ensemble International Ltd and Teksen Horizon Systems (Asia) Ltd. announced the completion of their strategic merger in Beijing recently.

The newly founded HiSoft Group will become a flagship enterprise in the software outsourcing industry. The merger signifies Chinese software outsourcing industry has entered a new phase of marching towards the international market.
